Garden Club Member

The Garden Club of Elizabethtown – Dogwood District

Clara was an active, devoted member of The Garden Club of Elizabethtown. Her artistic talents were invaluable for the many committees and projects she served on. As an officer and our first “high tech” member, her creative contributions were immense. Having survived cancer for several years, she used her imaginative ideas in helping plan our “Plant It Pink” garden at Freeman Lake Park.

She was an avid gardener and enjoyed sewing, art, and quilting, and she shared these talents and gifts with others, especially those facing adversity. Her Christian faith carried her through to the end.

A friend to all, an inspiration to all!
