The Franklin-Simpson Garden Club will be touring Little Bent Farm, whose mission is to “grow the most nutritious food we possibly can while raising awareness about the benefits of locally grown food.” This micro-farm is located along a beautiful stretch of the West Fork of Drakes Creek in Franklin, Kentucky. They have approximately 2 acres in cultivation and grow year round in unheated high tunnels.
