Holiday Open House and “Green Tea”

For over 50 years the Garden Club of Danville has been decorating this historic house for the holidays and presenting a lavish tea of homemade treats.  All decorations are live materials in arrangements appropriate to the early 19th century.  Please join us for tea and a tour of the beautiful old home where Dr. Ephraim McDowell performed the first successful abdominal surgery in America in 1809.

No charge, but donations accepted for the Salvation Army and Family Services of Boyle County
