The Mountain Laurel District Garden Clubs invite you to attend the 75th Annual Mountain Laurel District Meeting. As stated earlier, due to COVID concerns, our meeting will be held via Zoom. We hope this ensures safety and allows everyone to attend more easily. We plan to have our business meeting and hear from our club presidents. There will not be a program.
SCHEDULE (Eastern time)
- 9:00 – Zoom meeting room opens. Breakout rooms will be available for each club, if they would like to use them.
- 9:15 – Board of Governors (for Club Presidents, District Officers, and GCKY Officers) This will be in a Breakout room
- 10:00 – General Meeting and Presidents’ Reports
