"Living in History" Garden Tour - FrankfortThe Garden Club of Frankfort invites you to join us for the “Living in History” Garden Tour!  This year’s Tour will host eight beautiful gardens, varying in size and scope.  Several gardens are connected with homes and figures from Frankfort’s and Kentucky’s history, including those at the Old Governor’s Mansion and Liberty Hall.  Others are newer gardens, thoughtfully planned and cared for by their homeowners, and full of ideas for your own garden.   Pick up some great deals on plants to take home from our plant sale at the Old Governor’s Mansion on the day of the Tour!  A portion of our proceeds will be donated to Tornado Relief for Western Kentucky.

In addition to the Tour, take a quick break or have lunch at our wonderful Frankfort restaurants.  There are over 20 spots in the downtown area alone including local bakeries and ice cream shops.   Spend some time at Kentucky’s beautiful Capitol grounds and Floral Clock, and stop at the historic Frankfort Cemetery to visit Daniel Boone’s grave overlooking the beautiful Kentucky River.

Tickets are $15.00 each and can be purchased at any of the gardens on the Tour, or ahead of time by contacting:
