If you have access to maple trees, with a very small investment in equipment you can make your own maple syrup that rivals Vermont’s in taste and quality. Join Gary Spradlin as he walks you through the simple steps to tapping your trees and making your own maple syrup. His process would make a great neighborhood or family project that you can experience starting in February if you wish, or visit Gary at his farm when he starts boiling down the syrup.

Free! Everyone is welcome.

The convention will have events in two buildings (Walker Hall and the Holiday Inn), which are 1.5 blocks apart. The walk is very easy, well lighted, and there is plenty of parking across the street from Walker Hall.
There is no charge to attend the workshops.
